How does shipping work?

What is your processing time?

Once we recieve an order, it typically takes 3-5 business days to pack and ship out your package.
Do you provide tracking information for orders?

You can find tracking information for your package in the "My Orders" page.
Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately transferred to our processing department. As such, orders cannot be cancelled.
Can I return my order or get a refund?

We do not accept any returns or issue refunds. Your experience is our priority - if you are not pleased with your purchase please email us at mystcandleco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
